I was pleasantly surprised to find workers at the Qatar Airways Office in Brussels who could assist me in my home tongue, as I speak Dutch better than English. My baggage allowance was giving me trouble, and I needed assistance with my Privilege Club account. The representative thoroughly explained everything and was quite patient. I had all of my problems resolved when I left the office, and everything was handled expertly. This kind of on-the-ground service is uncommon!
