The Turkish Airlines Office in Hong Kong employees' fluency in Mandarin and English was greatly appreciated by me as a non-Cantonese speaker. They patiently and simply answered all of my queries regarding my Miles&Smiles membership. They even assisted me in using part of my points to get an upgrade! Excellent customer service and a friendly environment.
