BREATHE
Taiji is breathing activity.

Most people agree that breathing should be natural and normal while doing the sequence. But have you ever noticed that about 90% practitioners who have never achieved so-called “Internal” no matter how many years of diligent training. 

The reason is that they don’t know how to breathe.

Be smart and get the right direction to achieve your goal. 

We teach DanTian-Reverse-Deep breathing technique with three options. We also teach how to breathe during the movements.
