United Airlines Dallas Fort Worth Terminal +1-888-839-0502

Hello! I just flew out of United Airlines Dallas Fort Worth Terminal and I just wanted to post about my experience in case it can help somebody who's planning a trip. In general, it was a very smooth and wonderfully pleasant airport experience.

I got to the terminal a bit sooner than I had to (thanks to my overly paranoid travel tendencies), and that ended up being a blessing in disguise. United check-in was well designated and rather simple to get around. I printed my baggage tag on one of the self-service machines, and when I had some difficulty affixing it, one of the attendants jumped in immediately and assisted without hesitation—extremely nice and patient.

Security lines were moving well, and TSA was efficient but courteous, always a welcome difference. After I went through, I had approximately an hour until I boarded, so I wandered around a bit. The terminal was clean and well lit, not overly noisy, which was a welcome respite from other hectic airports I've had the pleasure of using. There were lots of seats to sit in, plug in phones, and get a snack. I then ended up purchasing a coffee and sandwich from one of the local cafes, and both were actually quite good—airport fare is hit or miss, but this was certainly a hit.

When boarding time arrived, the United Terminal DFW gate agents were on it. The process was efficient, and they let us know about boarding groups and timing changes as necessary. The flight departed fairly close to on-time, and I felt that the entire experience—from check-in through takeoff—was treated with respect. Genuinely, I had no complaints. If you're traveling United out of DFW, you're in capable hands. It was a smooth, hassle-free beginning to my journey, and I'd repeat it again.
