One of my bags didn't arrive in Vancouver after my Delta travel. In the hopes of a speedy resolution, I called the Delta Airlines Vancouver Office the following day. The employees there were very helpful. I was reassured that the bag would be coming on the following inbound flight after they promptly tracked it. In addition to providing me with updates over the phone, they made arrangements for delivery to my hotel. This amount of attention to detail for a misplaced baggage case surprised me, especially in a busy airport city. Their composure and determination to see things through were remarkable. They handled everything without treating me like simply another case number, which I liked. Outstanding assistance!
