I’ve personally worked with manufacturers who were extremely capable technically but lacked proper communication during production. This led to delays and minor inconsistencies between prototypes and the final product. That’s why I think highlighting the importance of collaboration and clear communication in CNC machining projects is crucial. A manufacturer who proactively offers suggestions on design improvements or potential production challenges can save a lot of time and cost in the long run.
