If you want to add Twitch TV to your account, you will need to go to the Channel Store first. Select the Add Channel tab and start downloading the platform. Once the platform has finished downloading, you need to go to twitch.tv/activate and submit the code. Then you can go to the content and start live streaming what you're playing. If you have any questions regarding the channel activation process, call the support panel and resolve the issues.
