Tadalista and Viagra are not the same, although they are both used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED). Here’s the key difference: Viagra Contains the active ingredient sildenafil. It usually starts working in about 30–60 minutes and lasts for around 4–6 hours. Tadalafil (sold under brands like Cialis; Tadalista is a generic brand of tadalafil) Contains tadalafil. It takes about 30–60 minutes to start working but lasts much longer—up to 24–36 hours. Simple way to think about it: Viagra = shorter duration, “on-demand” use Tadalista much longer duration, more flexible timing Important notes: They are not interchangeable at the same dose. Both require sexual stimulation to work. Both can cause side effects like headache, flushing, dizziness, and low blood pressure. You should not mix them or take either with nitrate heart medications. If you want, I can help you compare which one tends to suit different situations (like occasional use vs weekend use, or side effect differences).
