Malegra FXT is a combination medicine used for erectile dysfunction (ED) and premature ejaculation (PE). It typically contains: Sildenafil citrate (helps achieve and maintain an erection by increasing blood flow to the penis) Fluoxetine (an SSRI antidepressant that delays ejaculation by affecting serotonin levels) Because it combines two active drugs, its long-term effects are more related to both sildenafil + fluoxetine exposure, especially if used frequently. Possible long-term effects of Malegra FXT use 1.
