The brain fog from POTS disease is one of the hardest symptoms for me. As a woman dealing with it, I often struggle to find words, focus on conversations, or even remember simple tasks.
It’s not constant, but it gets worse when I stand for too long or don’t drink enough fluids. Sometimes I feel like my brain just “disconnects” from my body.
This symptom makes work and social life really challenging. I’m curious if other women experience this level of cognitive dysfunction with Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome and what helps improve clarity. pots in women
