Hey everyone,
I have been doing some research on builder floors in sector 63a gurgaon for the last few months and I keep finding a mention of Laburnum Developers. Anyone here invested in/visited Golf Course Extension Road/Sohna Road projects?
Here are a few things that I am trying to figure out before I make my decision:
1. How much better are builder flats in Sector 89 Gurgaon than apartments in the high-rise?
2. What is the ROI for renting the property — I read in the news that the rent of 3BHK builder flats in Gurgaon is 50,000 – 80,000/month?
3. Whether Laburnum Developers is RERA compliant and their on-time delivery record?
As per my reading, Golf Course Extension Road has appreciated by a huge margin from? 8800 per sq ft until now (more than 20000 per sq ft in 2019). Since the Gurgaon Metro expansion and Dwarka Expressway is all done, the real estate market seems to be moving only in one direction.
Most welcome responses from those who have purchased higher end builder floor recently in Gurugram especially low rises in gated communities. Which is more private and long lasting: premium builder floors or flats?
