Tadarise 2.5 mg contains a low dose of tadalafil, a PDE5 inhibitor used mainly for erectile dysfunction and sometimes for benign prostatic hyperplasia. Because tadalafil relaxes smooth muscle in blood vessels, it can have a mild lowering effect on blood pressure, especially in people who are already on blood?pressure?lowering medicines or who have cardiovascular disease.
Typical blood?pressure effects In most healthy men, 2.5 mg once daily causes only a small, often clinically insignificant drop in blood pressure, which is usually well tolerated. However, in people with low baseline blood pressure (e.g., below 90/50 mmHg) or uncontrolled high blood pressure, the drop can be more noticeable and may cause dizziness, lightheadedness, or fainting.
When it becomes risky Tadalafil must be used cautiously with nitrates (such as nitroglycerin) or some alpha?blockers, because the combination can cause a sudden, dangerous fall in blood pressure. Men with recent heart attack, stroke, severe heart failure, or serious liver or kidney disease should not take TADARISE 2.5 MG without a doctor’s supervision.
If you have hypertension, hypotension, or heart disease, tell your doctor before starting Tadarise 2.5 mg so they can check that your blood?pressure control is stable and adjust doses of other medicines if needed.
