Hi, seeing my parents go overseas for the first time was quite touching. The trip felt much more significant because it was organized as a surprise for my mother's birthday. While my father silently relished witnessing her joy, she was simultaneously emotional and excited. Guidance from the Lufthansa Airlines Office in Dulles, Washington made them feel much more prepared because they had a lot of questions about travel. Before leaving, my parents felt comfortable by the staff's meticulous explanations of airport procedures, flight information, and luggage rules. Together, they traveled to new locations and made lifelong experiences.
