Tadarise 40 mg (Tadalafil) is a high-dose PDE5 inhibitor used for erectile dysfunction, and sometimes for other tadalafil-related conditions (depending on prescription). Because 40 mg is a relatively strong dose, it should be used under medical supervision and monitored in certain situations.  When Tadarise 40 mg use should be monitored 1. Heart and blood pressure conditions Monitoring is important if you have: Heart disease (angina, history of heart attack, heart failure) Tadarise 40 Mg heartbeat Low blood pressure or uncontrolled high blood pressure Tadalafil can lower blood pressure. 2. If you take interacting medicines Close monitoring is needed if you use: Nitrates (e.g., nitroglycerin for chest pain)   dangerous interaction Alpha-blockers (for prostate or BP issues) Other blood pressure medicines Certain antifungals or antibiotics (can increase tadalafil levels) 3. Liver or kidney problems Mild to severe liver disease Kidney impairment or dialysis patients   Dose adjustment and careful monitoring may be required. 4. Eye or vision disorders Retinitis pigmentosa History of sudden vision loss 5. Risk of prolonged or strong side effects Monitor closely if you experience: Headache, dizziness, or fainting Chest pain during sexual activity Erection lasting more than 4 hours (priapism)   Sudden vision or hearing changes 6. Older adults or first-time users at high dose Especially if not previously exposed to tadalafil 40 mg is above common starting doses, so response should be observed carefully   Important note In many standard guidelines, tadalafil usually starts at 10–20 mg, so 40 mg is considered high and should only be taken if specifically prescribed.
