Genuinely stuck and hoping someone can point me in the right direction. We do mobile patrols for about 18 retail sites across Melbourne and Geelong, and the compliance paperwork is becoming a nightmare. Clients want proof of patrol times, NFC scan logs, photo evidence, incident reports — and they want it the next morning, not three days later.
I've been looking into Security Guard Management Software Australia providers but I'm worried about data being stored overseas because one of my bigger clients is government-adjacent and asked specifically about local hosting. Has anyone dealt with this? Also wondering if the apps work offline because half our sites have terrible reception.
Would love recommendations from people running similar operations, especially mobile patrol focused rather than static guarding. Thanks in advance team.
