Extra Super Avana should not be taken with alcohol, and doing so is strongly discouraged by medical guidelines.
This medicine contains two active ingredients—avanafil (for erectile dysfunction) and dapoxetine (for premature ejaculation). Both can affect the cardiovascular and nervous systems. Alcohol also acts on these same systems, so combining them can significantly increase side effects.
When alcohol is taken with Extra Super Avana, it can lead to:
Sudden drop in blood pressure, causing dizziness or fainting
Increased heart rate or palpitations
Severe headache and flushing
Worsened drowsiness, poor coordination, and reduced alertness
Higher risk of fainting (syncope), especially when standing up quickly
Dapoxetine in particular becomes more risky with alcohol because both can depress the central nervous system, increasing the chance of sedation, impaired judgment, and loss of balance.
In addition, alcohol can reduce erectile function itself, which may counteract the benefit of avanafil and reduce the effectiveness of the treatment.
For safety reasons, doctors usually recommend avoiding alcohol completely on the day of taking EXTRA SUPER AVANA, especially around the time of dosing and sexual activity.
In summary, combining Extra Super Avana with alcohol is unsafe and can increase side effects while reducing effectiveness. It is best used only in a sober state under medical guidance.
