Fildena contains sildenafil, so the same precautions as Sildenafil / Viagra apply. While taking it, avoid or be careful with: Nitrate medicines (for chest pain/heart disease) such as nitroglycerin, isosorbide mononitrate/dinitrate, and recreational “poppers.” Combining them can cause a dangerous drop in blood pressure. Heavy alcohol use — alcohol can increase dizziness, headaches, fainting risk, and may make erections harder to achieve. Grapefruit or grapefruit juice — it can raise sildenafil levels in your body and increase side effects. Other ED medications unless FILDENA doctor specifically says it’s safe. Certain blood pressure medicines or alpha-blockers (like tamsulosin or doxazosin) without medical guidance, because blood pressure may drop too low. High-fat meals right before taking it — this can delay how quickly it works. Taking more than one dose in 24 hours unless prescribed. You should also avoid Fildena entirely unless cleared by a doctor if you have: recent heart attack or stroke, severe heart disease, uncontrolled blood pressure, serious liver disease, certain eye conditions. Get urgent medical help if you develop: chest pain, sudden vision/hearing loss, or an erection lasting more than 4 hours.
