Tadfil 20 mg contains tadalafil, which works by directly targeting an enzyme called phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5). Here’s what that means in simple biological terms: What PDE5 normally does PDE5 is an enzyme found mainly in: the smooth muscle of blood vessels in the penis lungs (and some other tissues) Its job is to break down a signaling molecule called cGMP (cyclic guanosine monophosphate). cGMP is important because it: relaxes smooth muscle allows blood vessels to widen (vasodilation) helps increase blood flow What tadalafil Tadfil 20mg does Tadalafil inhibits PDE5, meaning it blocks the enzyme from breaking down cGMP. So instead of cGMP being quickly destroyed: cGMP levels stay higher for longer blood vessels stay relaxed blood flow is improved in targeted tissues (especially penile tissue during sexual stimulation) Why this matters for erectile function In erectile dysfunction, the problem is often insufficient blood flow due to poor smooth muscle relaxation. By inhibiting PDE5, tadalafil: enhances the natural erection pathway (it does NOT create an erection by itself) only works when sexual stimulation triggers nitric oxide release first Key idea in one line Tadalafil works because it blocks PDE5 so cGMP can build up, keeping blood vessels relaxed and improving blood flow. If you want, I can also explain how it differs from sildenafil or why its effects last up to 36 hours.
