Harper Silences Critics with Two-Homer Night Despite Loss

PHILADELPHIA – Just days ago, questions swirled around 
Bryce Harper
 's power stroke. On Wednesday night, he delivered a emphatic answer.

The two-time MVP launched a pair of solo home runs against the Marlins, including a 437-foot blast to right-center. It marked his first multi-homer game of the 2025 season.

"Bryce is Bryce. He's never worried about the noise," Thomson said.

Unfortunately, Harper's heroics weren't enough. The bullpen surrendered four runs in the eighth, and the Phillies lost 5-4 for their 10th straight defeat.
