Poxet 90 mg cannot be used in a way that guarantees zero side effects. Like all prescription medicines, it may reduce symptoms of premature ejaculation, but it can still cause unwanted reactions in some people. Poxet 90 mg contains dapoxetine, a short-acting SSRI (selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor) designed to delay ejaculation and improve control during sexual activity. It is taken only when needed, usually 1–3 hours before intercourse, and not meant for daily continuous use. Even when taken correctly, side effects are still possible. The most common include nausea, dizziness, Poxet 90 mg , dry mouth, diarrhea, and sometimes fatigue or sleep disturbances. These effects vary from person to person and may be mild or more noticeable depending on sensitivity, dose, alcohol use, or other medications. In some cases, more serious reactions like fainting, mood changes, or rapid heartbeat can occur, especially if combined with alcohol or certain antidepressants.
