Is it just me, or is the 3v3 ladder getting more polarized every day? I’ve been trying to put together a solid team for weeks, but it’s the same story every time: we win a few, lose one to a hard-counter comp, and then someone immediately leaves or starts flaming in chat. I really want to hit 2k for the gear and the achievement, but the LFG experience is honestly soul-crushing. It feels like if you don’t already have a dedicated group of friends who are all Gladiators, you’re just stuck in "ELO hell." Does anyone have tips for finding consistent partners who actually want to improve, or am I better off just looking for a professional team to run with for a bit to learn the ropes?

The LFG struggle is a tale as old as time, man. People have zero patience these days—they expect a 100% win rate or they bail. I got tired of the "disappearing teammate" act after wasting three weekends in a row, so I decided to take a different route to get my rating up. I checked out their arena section and was actually surprised at how smooth the whole process was. Instead of arguing about who missed a CC chain, I was playing with guys who have the timing down to a science. It’s actually a great way to see how high-level play is supposed to look from the inside. If you’re tired of the lobby simulator, getting a pro push is a legitimate way to finally get your rewards and actually enjoy the game again.

It really is a lobby simulator lately, so I think I'll take your advice and see what they can do. Thanks!
