Vidalista 5 mg contains Tadalafil, a PDE5 inhibitor used mainly for erectile dysfunction (and sometimes urinary symptoms in enlarged prostate). Even at a low dose, it is not suitable for everyone. Certain patients should avoid it completely because it can cause serious or life-threatening complications. Patients who should NOT use Vidalista 5 mg: 1. Patients using nitrate medicines Such as nitroglycerin, isosorbide dinitrate, or similar heart medications Combination can cause a dangerous, sudden drop in blood pressure 2. Patients using Vidalista 5 Mg Used for pulmonary hypertension Can also lead to severe hypotension when combined 3. Patients with serious heart conditions Recent heart attack (myocardial infarction) Recent stroke Unstable angina or severe heart failure where sexual activity is unsafe 4. Patients with very low blood pressure Or uncontrolled high blood pressure 5. Severe liver or kidney disease Especially when the body cannot properly clear the drug 6. History of vision loss due to NAION Non-arteritic anterior ischemic optic neuropathy 7. Allergy to tadalafil Any previous hypersensitivity reaction 8.
