Hello, I’m Alex and I’m just starting to learn about Tai Chi and how it can help bring more balance, focus, and calm into daily life. I spend a lot of time at the computer working on small creative projects (including an internet thrift store side project), and I’ve noticed how much tension builds up in my shoulders, back, and mind by the end of the day. ? For students or teachers here: which beginner forms or simple daily practices would you recommend for someone who wants to relieve stress, improve posture, and feel more grounded, but can only spare 15–20 minutes at a time? Any tips on how often to practice, and how long it usually takes before you start to notice changes in your body and mood, would be really appreciated. ?
