Cenforce (which also contains Sildenafil, like Fildena) is generally safe to use with most antibiotics, but there are some important caveats: Check the type of antibiotic: Common antibiotics like amoxicillin, azithromycin, or cephalexin usually have no interaction with Sildenafil. Some antibiotics, especially macrolides (like erythromycin) or certain antifungals (like ketoconazole), can increase the levels of Sildenafil in your blood, which may increase the risk of side effects like headache, dizziness, flushing, or low blood pressure. Cenforce Even when safe, take each medication as prescribed, and do not exceed the recommended dose of Cenforce. Medical conditions: If you have heart problems, low blood pressure, liver/kidney issues, or are on nitrates, combining medications (including antibiotics) could be riskier.   Cenforce is usually safe with antibiotics, but the exact safety depends on the specific antibiotic and your health condition. Always consult your doctor or pharmacist before combining them.
