Tadalista 40 mg should not be combined with other ED (erectile dysfunction) drugs. Here’s why, step by step: Tadalista contains tadalafil, a PDE5 inhibitor. Other common ED drugs—like sildenafil (Viagra), vardenafil (Levitra), or avanafil (Stendra)—are also PDE5 inhibitors. Combining PDE5 inhibitors can dangerously lower blood pressure, cause severe dizziness, fainting, or even heart problems. There is no evidence that taking two PDE5 inhibitors together increases efficacy, but Tadalista 40 Mg does increase the risk of side effects. Safe practice: Only use one PDE5 inhibitor at a time. Discuss with your doctor if you feel your current dose is insufficient—they may adjust the dose or consider other treatments instead of combining drugs. If you want, I can make a clear table of interactions and contraindications for Tadalista 40 mg—it’s surprisingly helpful for safety.
