Hi everyone.
I’ve been trying to join a high-level raiding guild in my favorite MMO, but I keep getting rejected during the initial screening process.
A buddy of mine suggested that my current edgy, dark avatar might be making me look uncooperative or antisocial to the recruiters.
He recommended switching to a friendly heart pfp to see if a softer aesthetic helps me appear more like a team player during the application phase.
Do you think hardcore gamers actually judge skill based on how "cute" or "intimidating" an icon looks, or should I just stick with my original heart pfp?
