Cenforce (which contains Sildenafil) can interact with several medications and substances. Some interactions are mild, but others can be dangerous or even life?threatening, so it’s important to know them.  Medications You MUST NOT Combine These combinations can cause a dangerous drop in blood pressure: Nitrates (for chest pain/heart disease) Nitroglycerin Isosorbide mononitrate Isosorbide dinitrate Recreational “poppers” (amyl nitrite, butyl nitrite) ? Same severe BP drop risk  Use With Caution (Doctor Supervision Needed) 1. Blood Pressure & Heart Medications Alpha-blockers: Tamsulosin Doxazosin Other antihypertensives ? Can cause dizziness or Cenforce due to low BP 2. Other ED Medications Tadalafil Vardenafil ? Combining them increases side effects without added benefit 3. Certain Antibiotics & Antifungals These can increase sildenafil levels in your body: Erythromycin Clarithromycin Ketoconazole Itraconazole 4. HIV / Antiviral Medications Ritonavir Saquinavir ? Can greatly increase sildenafil levels, raising side?effect risk 5. Other Medications Affecting Liver Enzymes Rifampicin (can reduce effect) Cimetidine (can increase levels)   Substances to Be Careful With Alcohol ? increases dizziness, lowers BP Grapefruit / grapefruit juice ? increases drug levels and side effects Key Takeaway The most dangerous interaction is with nitrates — this combination should never be used. Other interactions mainly affect blood pressure or how your body processes the drug. If you want, tell me what medications you’re currently taking—I can check specifically whether they’re safe with Cenforce.
