Guys, I'm 47, I've been training for over 20 years, but lately my joints ache after heavy sets, especially my knees and elbows. I want something that will help me maintain muscle and strength, but without aggressive substances that will put even more strain on my joints. Is Oxandrolone suitable at this age? Who has tried it?

Yes, after 45, oxandrolone is one of the safest orals: it doesn't aromatize, it doesn't cause water retention, your muscles stay strong, and your joints don't suffer from a sudden increase in strength. 20-40 mg daily for 6-8 weeks gives you pure progress without sudden weight fluctuations. Your joints will feel better because there is no excess weight. Only buy from a trusted source https://steroid-shop.com/ – the quality is consistent, delivery is fast and anonymous. Add glucosamine, collagen, and don't overdo it with the weights – you'll get back in shape without pain.
