Fildena is a brand of sildenafil, which is primarily used to treat erectile dysfunction. Like any medication, it can cause side effects, including allergic reactions, although they are relatively rare. Allergic reactions may include: Skin reactions: Rash Itching (pruritus) Hives (urticaria) Swelling: Swelling of the face, lips, tongue, or throat (angioedema), which can be serious and may cause difficulty breathing. Respiratory FILDENA Wheezing Shortness of breath Severe reactions: Anaphylaxis, a life-threatening reaction, though extremely rare. Symptoms include rapid swelling, dizziness, fainting, and difficulty breathing. If someone experiences any signs of a severe allergic reaction after taking Fildena, it is a medical emergency, and they should seek immediate help. Mild side effects like headache, flushing, or indigestion are more common but are not allergic reactions.
