Hi everyone,

My name is Alex Jaff, a 1999-born small business owner from the UK running a tiny internet thrift store for secondhand clothing. My work days are often spent packing orders, taking photos, and staring at screens, so I’ve been looking to tai chi as a way to slow down, breathe, and move more intentionally.
?

I’d love to hear from practitioners who also balance tai chi with busy jobs or small businesses:

How has regular practice changed your energy and focus day to day?

Do you have a simple routine you recommend for beginners who spend a lot of time standing or sitting while working?

Any tips for staying consistent when your schedule is unpredictable?

Thank you in advance—I’m excited to learn and hopefully build a practice that supports both my health and my work.
?
