Hello, My folks' comfort is my first consideration because they are traveling alone. The staff at the United Airlines Houston Office gave thorough instructions on how to choose a seat, get help at the airport, and check in. They assisted me in setting up seats that would make the travel more comfortable for my parents. They also outlined what paperwork they would need and how early they should get to the airport.
