Tadalista 10 mg and Viagra are not the same, though both are medications used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED). Tadalista contains tadalafil as its active ingredient, while Viagra contains sildenafil. Both drugs belong to a class called PDE5 inhibitors, which work by increasing blood flow to the penis during sexual arousal.

The main differences lie in duration and onset of action. Tadalista (tadalafil) can remain effective for up to 36 hours, earning it the Tadalista 10 Mg “the weekend pill,” whereas Viagra (sildenafil) typically lasts about 4–6 hours. Tadalafil can be taken daily in lower doses or as needed, while sildenafil is usually taken 1 hour before sexual activity.

Side effects are generally similar, including headache, flushing, nasal congestion, and dizziness, but individual reactions may vary. Certain health conditions, especially heart problems or nitrate use, make taking either drug unsafe. Choosing between them often depends on how quickly one wants the medication to work, how long the effects should last, and lifestyle preferences.
