Tadalista Super Active contains tadalafil, a medication used to treat erectile dysfunction by increasing blood flow. While effective for many, it is not suitable for everyone.

People who take nitrate medications (such as nitroglycerin or isosorbide for chest pain) should never use TADALISTA SUPER ACTIVE. The combination can cause a dangerous drop in blood pressure. Those using riociguat (for pulmonary hypertension) should also avoid it for the same reason.

Men with serious heart conditions—including recent heart attack, stroke, uncontrolled arrhythmias, severe heart failure, or unstable angina—should not take this medication unless a doctor specifically approves it. Sexual activity itself may strain the heart in these cases.

Individuals with severe liver disease or advanced kidney disease (especially those on dialysis) should avoid or use tadalafil only under strict medical supervision, as the drug may not be cleared properly from the body.

People with low blood pressure, or those prone to fainting, should not take it. It is also unsafe for anyone with a history of non-arteritic anterior ischemic optic neuropathy (NAION), a rare eye condition linked to sudden vision loss.

Lastly, those allergic to tadalafil or any ingredient in Tadalista Super Active should not use it. Always consult a healthcare professional before starting this medication.
