P Force Extra Super a combination of Sildenafil + Dapoxetine became popular as a dual-action treatment for erectile dysfunction (ED) and premature ejaculation (PE) because it addressed both issues in one tablet and often worked quickly. For years, it was widely used and well-known in many markets around the world.

However, over time the popularity of Extra Super P Force seems to have declined for a few reasons:

More newer ED/PE options became available — newer PDE5 inhibitors like Avanafil (e.g., Super Avana) and other branded combinations offered faster onset, fewer side effects, or stronger marketing, which shifted demand away from older combinations.

Competition from branded and generic alternatives — other ED and dual-action products entered the market, giving users more choice and sometimes better perceived efficacy or tolerability.

Changing consumer and medical preferences — P FORCE EXTRA SUPER doctors and patients often transition to alternatives that have more clinical data, clearer dosing guidelines, or stronger safety profiles, which can reduce demand for older combination products.

Because of these trends and evolving product landscapes, Extra Super P Force did not maintain its earlier dominance in the ED/PE treatment segment and lost relative popularity over the last several years — especially as newer formulations and combinations have become more widely used and marketed.
