Hi everyone,
I wanted to get some real feedback from people who are already using
digital kiosks
or touchscreen kiosks in their business or workplace.
Lately, I’ve noticed more interactive kiosks in malls, hospitals, offices, hotels, exhibitions, and even restaurants—for things like information display, self-service, advertising, and wayfinding. We’re also considering installing something similar and trying to understand how practical it is in daily use.
A few questions I had:
Do customers actually use these kiosks or just walk past them?
Are touchscreen kiosks reliable in high-traffic areas?
Any common issues with maintenance or software updates?
Is it better to go for a freestanding kiosk or wall-mounted one?
While researching vendors, we came across
