Tadarise 60 mg, which contains Tadalafil, is commonly used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) and benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). Like all medications, Tadarise 60 mg can interact with other medications, which may lead to either increased side effects or reduced effectiveness. Here are some of the key interactions to be aware of: 1. Nitrates (for Chest Pain or Heart Conditions) Nitrates (such as nitroglycerin, isosorbide dinitrate, isosorbide mononitrate) are often used to treat angina (chest pain) or heart-related conditions. Dangerous Interaction: When taken with Tadarise 60 mg , nitrates can cause a severe drop in blood pressure (hypotension). This can lead to dizziness, fainting, heart attack, or stroke. Avoid taking Tadarise 60 mg if you are currently using nitrates, and wait at least 48 hours after taking Tadarise before using nitrates. 2. Alpha-Blockers (for High Blood Pressure or Prostate Problems) Alpha-blockers (such as doxazosin, terazosin, tamsulosin) are medications used to treat high blood pressure or benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). Dangerous Interaction: Taking Tadarise 60 mg with alpha-blockers can further lower blood pressure, leading to dizziness, fainting, or a dangerous drop in blood pressure. Monitor blood pressure closely when using both medications. Doctors may prescribe lower doses of either Tadarise or the alpha-blocker to prevent complications.
