Silditop 50 mg contains Sildenafil, a medication used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) in men. Sildenafil works by relaxing blood vessels and increasing blood flow to the penis during sexual stimulation, which helps achieve and maintain an erection.

The usual recommended dose of Silditop is 50 mg taken orally, about 30–60 minutes before sexual activity. Sexual stimulation is required for it to work; it does not automatically cause an erection. Depending on effectiveness and tolerance, a doctor may adjust the dose to a maximum of 100 mg or a minimum of 25 mg. The medication should not be taken more than once in 24 hours.

SILDITOP 50 MG can be taken with or without food, but a heavy or high-fat meal may delay its effect. Common side effects include headache, flushing, dizziness, upset stomach, or mild vision changes. Rare but serious side effects include prolonged erection (priapism), sudden vision loss, or hearing changes, which require immediate medical attention.

Certain people, especially those taking nitrates for heart problems, should not use Silditop, as dangerous drops in blood pressure can occur. Men with liver, kidney, or heart conditions should consult a doctor before use.
