As the field of nursing education continues to evolve, online learning has become the new normal, offering flexibility but also introducing unique challenges. Traditional classrooms allow students to learn through interaction, inquiry, spontaneous discussion, and guided supervision. Online courses require students to be self-driven, disciplined, and independently analytical. This self-directed learning model can be difficult for individuals who thrive on face-to-face engagement or who rely on real-time guidance from instructors.
