Hi everyone,
I’ve been exploring Tai Chi and Qi Gong recently. The slow, flowing movements combined with controlled breathing really help with balance, relaxation, and overall well-being.
Even short daily sessions can improve posture, reduce stress, and increase energy. The exercises are gentle and suitable for all ages, making it easy to include in a regular routine.
