I don’t have a fleet, just a single box truck, but I try to stay on top of my box truck maintenance. I do my own box truck oil change every 5,000 miles and try to keep an eye on the tires. One thing I’ve learned is that box truck tire service is often overlooked. I once had a tire blowout during a delivery, which caused a significant delay. Now, I’m more proactive about checking tire pressure and getting regular tire checks as part of my box truck maintenance.
