I’m currently researching IT service providers and came across PedroVazPaulo IT Consulting, which appears to offer support for digital transformation, infrastructure setup, security, and long-term tech strategy. As a small-to-medium business owner, I’m trying to understand what I should realistically expect from an IT consulting service today.

In your experience, do IT consultants typically cover everything from network setup to cloud migration to cybersecurity audits? Or do most firms specialize in one or two areas? For example, a lot of businesses now rely heavily on cloud solutions — so should cloud expertise be one of the top priorities when selecting an IT consultant?

I’m also interested in how hands-on IT consultants usually are. Should they help manage servers, troubleshoot systems, install software, and train employees? Or is the focus more on planning rather than execution?

Security is another major concern. Cyber threats are increasing, and many companies struggle with protecting sensitive data. So I’d love to know if consultants typically provide ongoing monitoring or if they just offer one-time assistance.

If anyone has used services similar to PedroVazPaulo IT Consulting, did it significantly improve your operations? Were there any hidden challenges or unexpected benefits?

I’d appreciate hearing your real-world experiences or best practices for choosing the right IT consultant.
