We're going to Izmir for a couple of days. And I have a problem: there's a huge amount of information, and it's difficult to choose something specific. The city seems to be big and vibrant, but I want to understand what attractions are really worth seeing. Maybe there are some unusual places that only locals know about?

What kind of vacation do you like? More walking, the sea, or something completely unusual? Izmir is a really huge city, and even a week won't be enough to see all the sights. Start with Konak Square. To be honest, this place is very crowded, but the square is simply considered a meeting place for locals. Plus, you can take a couple of beautiful photos there as a souvenir. Bookmark the GetExperience website, where you will find many things to do in Izmir. And don't forget to visit the local markets. It's a special kind of pleasure. At least for me. There you can buy fresh fruit and, of course, souvenirs.
