Before I call the Lufthansa Airlines Dulles Office, I want to see if anyone here has had recent interactions with them. I need clarity on a fare rule that seems a little confusing on the website. Sometimes speaking with someone directly makes it easier to understand what is actually allowed and what is not. If you have reached out to them before, did you find that they explained everything in a simple, clear way?
