Something that doesn’t get talked about enough is how influencers have changed food culture. Watching some of the viral clips on Influencers Gone Wild, I notice influencers doing wild food challenges, promoting extreme diets, binge-eating for views, or jumping on every new lifestyle trend. My question is: Are influencers shaping people’s eating habits in unhealthy ways? Or are they just reflecting what audiences already want to see? Some followers start copying these extreme food-related behaviors, thinking it’s fun or aesthetic, without realizing the potential risks. At the same time, influencers do play a role in promoting new recipes, travel cuisine, healthy meals, and cultural foods. So is this influence more positive or negative overall? Interested to hear how others see this trend. Is social media helping expand global food culture, or turning it into a spectacle? If you’ve seen the kind of content I’m talking about, here’s an example source: https://www.influencersgonewildco.uk/
