Hello all, I’m considering a rustic marble sink vanity but worried about maintenance. I’ve heard marble can stain or scratch. Does anyone have experience with its durability? Some pros mention that marble “is stone, so it’s strong and durable” when cared for, but they also note it’s “on the softer side” and can scratch. It’s naturally porous, so experts recommend sealing it every 6–12 months. For example, one design guide says to reseal regularly and wipe spills immediately to keep marble looking new.If I go with marble, I plan to use a gentle stone cleaner and always blot up spills (especially acidic ones like juice or vinegar). Does anyone know if Marble Aura Designs vanities come pre-sealed or with care instructions? Any favorite sealants or cleaning routines out there? I want a vanity that lasts in a busy bathroom without too much hassle.
