Vidalista contains tadalafil, which is another medication used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED). It works in a similar way to sildenafil (in Fildena and Cenforce), by increasing blood flow to the penis during sexual arousal, but its effects last much longer. Duration of Vidalista's Effects: Onset of Action: Vidalista typically starts working within 30 minutes to 1 hour after taking the pill, similar to sildenafil-based ED medications. Duration of Effect: One of the key differences with Vidalista (and tadalafil in general) is that its effects can last much longer. The effects can last for up to 36 hours in some people, which is why tadalafil is often called the "weekend pill" since it provides a much longer window of time for spontaneous sexual activity. This doesn’t mean you will have a continuous erection for 36 hours. Instead, it means that you may be able to get an erection and maintain it when sexually aroused during that time frame. Peak Effect: The maximum effect usually occurs about 2 hours after taking the pill, though it can vary slightly from person to person.
