Covers the basics. Ensures you are meeting standard health checkpoints but only in the context of do you have a diagnosis or not. There is no in-between. Important to have on board, it barely touches the surface of your health, and does not address you.
Someone wanting to be proactive in their health, seeking answers and care beyond the status quo, and willing to explore and engage in all facets of wellbeing. Someone who knows there is more, and is wanting more when it comes to health and life.
