The medication Super P Force (a combination of Sildenafil + Dapoxetine) is used in adult men for both erectile dysfunction (ED) and premature ejaculation (PE). Here is a breakdown of who can use it safely for the first time, and who should avoid or use caution — but note: this is not a substitute for medical advice. You must consult a qualified doctor and get appropriate evaluation before use. an may be a candidate for Super?P?Force if: He is an adult male (18–64 years) with both diagnosed ED and PE. He has no contraindicating medical conditions (see list below). He is not taking any medications that substantially interact with the components (see list below). He uses the medicine “on?demand” Super P Force , not as a routine daily medication unless advised. He follows the recommended dose and timing: about 1 hour before sexual activity, and no more than one tablet every 24 hours. Super?P?Force is not appropriate for everyone. Use of nitrates (nitroglycerin, etc) or nitric?oxide donor medications (because of risk of serious low blood pressure). Severe heart disease, recent heart attack or stroke, uncontrolled blood pressure, serious vascular disease. Moderate to severe liver impairment (Child?Pugh B or C) or severe kidney disease. Under 18 years of age or above 65 years (the safety/efficacy is not well established in the elderly).
