This is actually a no-brainer . I truly hope every marketer optimizes their ads regularly. But I can't emphasize its importance enough! After a week of running time, for example, choose the best-performing ads to spend your budget more effectively, narrow your target audience if you're not yet fully present in the right place, and optimize your copy based on factors like the highest CTR.

Use matched audiences in LinkedIn Campaign Manager! This takes your campaigns to the next level. It allows you to upload lists, create lookalikes, and retarget. In short: you can expand your audience in the places you want to be, or with this feature, you can make sure your current audience can no longer ignore you.

LinkedIn audience matches advertising

There are several options for matched audiences . When uploading lists, you can choose, for example, a list of leads from your CRM or a list of interesting companies retrieved from a database.

Retargeting is interesting if you've already run previous campaigns. You'll need a LinkedIn Pixel installed for this. See the next tip for more information.

Finally, there's the option for a lookalike audience. With this feature, LinkedIn creates an audience that closely resembles a previously created one. This allows you to tap into a whole new list and further expand your existing audience(s) with things you might not have even considered.
