Vidalista, like other erectile dysfunction medications, can affect your cardiovascular system, and in certain conditions, it may pose risks. Here’s when it should generally be avoided: 1. Severe Heart Disease or Heart Failure Heart failure: If you have severe heart failure or your heart is not able to pump blood effectively, taking Vidalista can strain your cardiovascular system, potentially leading to complications like low blood pressure or arrhythmias (irregular heartbeats). Severe angina: People who have chest pain (angina) that is not well-controlled may also be advised to avoid ED medications like Vidalista. This is because the medication can lower blood pressure, and the heart may not cope well with the added strain. 2. Recent Heart Attack or Stroke If you've had a heart attack (within the last 3-6 months) or a stroke, using Vidalista may be risky due to the potential effects on blood pressure and heart function. These medications can cause a sudden drop in blood pressure, which may further exacerbate cardiovascular issues. 3. Low Blood Pressure (Hypotension) Vidalista can lower your blood pressure as part of its mechanism of action. If you have low blood pressure or are taking medications to control it (like nitrates or alpha-blockers), combining these with Vidalista can cause a dangerous drop in blood pressure, leading to dizziness, fainting, or even more severe cardiovascular complications. 4.
